 DETERMINATION VARIATION


 

PREAMBLE

The Salaries and Allowances Tribunal has issued a determination with respect to Prescribed Offices and Special Division positions of the Public Service within the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions. 

DETERMINATION

The determination of the Salaries and Allowances Tribunal made on 20 June 2017 under sections 6(1)(c), (d) and (e) of the Salaries and Allowances Act 1975, as amended from time to time, is hereby varied by a determination set out below. 

This part of the variation is effective on and from 1 July 2017

Delete reference to the office below as it appears in 'Table 14 – Senior Legal Offices' within Part 1 of the Second Schedule:
