      SALARIES AND ALLOWANCES ACT 1975

      DETERMINATION VARIATION

      PREAMBLE

      The Salaries and Allowances Tribunal has issued a determination in respect of the holder of the office of Deputy State Solicitor – Queen’s/Senior Counsel, Department of the Attorney General.

      DETERMINATION

      The determination of the Salaries and Allowances Tribunal made on 24 June 2014 under sections 6(1)(c), (d) and (e) of the Salaries and Allowances Act 1975, as amended from time to time, is hereby varied by a further determination set out below.

      This variation is effective from 1 October 2014.

       

      Remove the following from Part 1 of the Second Schedule:
