DETERMINATION VARIATION


 

PREAMBLE


The Salaries and Allowances Tribunal has issued a determination with respect to two Senior Legal Officer appointments within the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.

DETERMINATION


The determination of the Salaries and Allowances Tribunal made on 21 June 2016 under sections 6(1)(c), (d) and (e) of the Salaries and Allowances Act 1975, as amended from time to time, is hereby varied by a further determination set out below. 

This variation is effective on and from 2 December 2016.

Delete reference to the offices below as they appear in 'Table 14 – Remuneration and Offices' within Part 1 'Salary' of the Second Schedule and insert the following:
