SALARIES AND ALLOWANCES ACT 1975

DETERMINATION VARIATION

CONSULTANT STATE PROSECUTOR – QUEEN'S/SENIOR COUNSEL

PREAMBLE

The former Consultant State Prosecutor - Queen's/Senior Counsel has been appointed to the position of Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions.  The Tribunal has therefore removed reference to the 'present incumbent' Consultant State Prosecutor - Queen's/Senior Counsel from its determination under sections 6(1)(c), (d) and (e) of the Salaries and Allowances Act 1975.

DETERMINATION

The determination of the Salaries and Allowances Tribunal made on 1 April 2010 under sections 6(1)(c), (d) and (e) of the Salaries and Allowances Act 1975, as amended from time to time, is hereby varied by a further determination set out below.

Amend and include in the Second Schedule the following:

AGENCY OFFICE CLASSIFICATION
Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions Consultant State Prosecutor - Queen's/Senior Counsel $250,935

Amend and exclude from the Second Schedule the following:

AGENCY OFFICE CLASSIFICATION
Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions Consultant State Prosecutor - Queen's/Senior Counsel $250,935 (but $302,027 while occupied by the present incumbent)
