SALARIES AND ALLOWANCES TRIBUNAL

SALARIES AND ALLOWANCES ACT 1975

DETERMINATION VARIATION

The determination of the Salaries and Allowances Tribunal made on 7 April 2005 under sections 6(1)(c), (d) and (e) of the Salaries and Allowances Act 1975, as varied from time to time, is hereby varied by a further determination, to make the amendments set out below:

1) Delete from Part 4 of the First Schedule the following:

…(…or to meetings during normal working hours)…..business or…

2) Insert in Part 4 of the First Schedule as the third last paragraph in that Part the following:

Where an individual chooses not to be provided with a motor vehicle through State Fleet, under no circumstances will that person be provided with a Government vehicle or cab charge for commuting between home and the office or any other private use.

3) Insert in Part 5 of the First Schedule in the second paragraph commencing with the header ‘Motor Vehicle’ the words, ‘Gold State’, immediately before the words ‘superannuable’ and ‘superannuation’ wherever they appear in that paragraph.
